You could then let the world know, and very soon I bet a lot of unsigned musicians will send their work to you under this arrangement. And I would put out the word to both musicians I know downstate, and friends who are college radio jox in Michigan and California. It could make for a very interesting alternative to the music industry as we know it. Propose this to Wickes Hall and see what happens. While we broadcast on campus we are covered by the school's blanket royalty agreements and broadcasting off campus would require us to pay royalties ourselves, which is not economically feasible at this time. we are, however, in the process of raising this money, so hopefully in the months or years ahead, we will be available to a wider audience.
