Halloween and Video Games. Oh Yeah!
Howdy, howdy everyone. Looking for something to do this Friday through Saturday? Well, you’re in luck. This Thursday through Sunday is the corn maze on SVSU and last from 7:00 pm to 11:00 pm. If you want to go, meet in the rotunda with 5 dollars and hang out with us as we DJ while you wait for your ride! They will be shuttling you over there, so kick back and relax with us as we have a blast. Also, this Saturday is the Madden Tournament hosted in the Cardinal Gym. This lasts from 4:30 to about 10:30. Come check out the competition (I believe an RSVP was needed to actually compete) and just have fun!
New Week, New Events
This Wednesday, October 20, we are helping out at two events! First, from 1:00 – 4:00 P.M. in the courtyard is the TrashBash! Do you have what is takes to to distinguish between recyclables and trash? Come find out! Also, from 9:30 P.M. to late in the rotunda is an open mic! We will be helping with this event and you should check it out!While you are there, bring your own poetry, youtube videos, or orignal songs and enroll at 9:00 P.M. and show us what you got.
Lastly, for Thursday, October 21, come and hang out with us as we DJ Papa John’s GRAND OPENING!!!! There will be deals there as well as great music from 8:00 to 10:00 P.M. in the rotunda. Come and chill with us, we don’t mind!
New Posts and DJ Training
Hey to everyone out there!!!!!
This is DJ James and I am hoping to keep you all updated on the events that will be occuring on campus! First, I would like to say that any RSO’s that are looking for some other ways of advertising, contact the President at mdbrowne@svsu.edu or the Vice President at nbmoore@svsu.edu . We would be more than happy to help you record something and get it on the air. If you want, you may even be able to set up your own little show! Pretty cool, huh?
I would also like to mention that DJ TRAINING is THIS FRIDAY, OCTOBER 15, from 12:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M. We will be meeting in Curtiss 128. We hope to see you there. If you can’t make it, no problem, we will help you out anyway possible. To do that, we would just like you to contact the President at mdbrowne@svsu.edu .

As you may have noticed, we aren’t broadcasting over the summer, but we’ve been busy getting ready to give you an awesome radio experience this fall. While you’re here though check out our new section with local concert listings, so you can keep up with your favorite local artists. Are they not listed? Have them check out ReverbNation and set up an account, and while they’re at it, have them contact us on here or through Facebook so we can add them to our featured local artists section.
